上藥三品 神與氣精 恍恍惚惚 杳杳冥冥 
상약삼품 신여기정 황황홀홀 묘묘명명
存無守有 頃刻而成 廻風混合 百日功靈
존무수유 경각이성 회풍혼합 백일공령 
黙朝上帝 一紀飛昇 知者易悟 昧者難行
묵조상제 일기비승 지자이오 매자난행
履踐天光 呼吸育淸 出玄入牝 若亡若存 
리천천광 호흡육청 출현입빈 약망약존
綿綿不絶 固蒂深根 人各有精 精合其神 
면면부절 고체심근 인각유정 정합기신
神合其氣 氣合體眞 不得其眞 皆是强名
신합기기 기합체진 부득기진 개시강명
神能入石 神能飛形 入水不溺 入火不焚 
신능입석 신능비형 입수불닉 입화불분 
神依形生 精依氣盈 不雕不殘 松栢靑靑 
신의형생 정의기영 부조부잔 송백청청 
三品一理 妙不可聽 其聚卽有 其散卽零
삼품일리 묘불가청 기취즉유 기산즉영
七竅相通 竅竅光明 聖日聖月 照耀金庭 
칠규상통 규규광명 성일성월 조요금정 
一得永得 自然身輕 太和充溢 骨散寒瓊 
일득영득 자연신경 태화충일 골산한경 
得丹卽靈 不得卽傾 丹在身中 非白非靑
득단즉령 부득즉경 단재신중 비백비청
誦之萬遍 妙理自明
송지만편 묘리자명

上藥三品 神與氣精 恍恍惚惚 杳杳冥冥 
상약삼품 신여기정 황황홀홀 묘묘명명
가장 좋은 약 세 가지는 신神과 기氣와 정精이니
그것은 매우 황홀하고 아득하면서 그윽하도다.
存無守有 頃刻而成 廻風混合 百日功靈
존무수유 경각이성 회풍혼합 백일공령 
무형의 신神을 보존하고 유형의 정精을 지키면 잠깐 사이에도 성취되리니
호흡으로 기氣를 돌려 정기신精氣神을 합하면 백일의 공력이 신령스러워지리라.
黙朝上帝 一紀飛昇 知者易悟 昧者難行
묵조상제 일기비승 지자이오 매자난행
고요히 상제님을 알현하면 일 주기면 하늘에 날아 오르리니, 
현명한 사람은 쉽게 깨우치나 어리석은 자는 행하기가 어려울 것이다.
履踐天光 呼吸育淸 出玄入牝 若亡若存 
리천천광 호흡육청 출현입빈 약망약존
하늘의 빛을 깨달아 원기를 호흡하여 맑은 기를 기르고, 
현빈[단전]을 출입하는 기운은 있는 듯 없는 듯 미미하게 하라.
綿綿不絶 固蒂深根 人各有精 精合其神 
면면부절 고체심근 인각유정 정합기신
가늘고 길게 끊어지지 않게 한다면 꼭지는 단단해지고 뿌리(본성)가 깊어지리니, 
사람에게 각기 정精이 있으니 정精은 신神에 합한다. 
神合其氣 氣合體眞 不得其眞 皆是强名
신합기기 기합체진 부득기진 개시강명
신神이 그 기氣에 합하고 그 밝은 기氣가 몸의 참된 것[性]에 합하나니,
그 참된 것[性]을 얻지 못하면 모두다 헛이름 뿐이니라.
神能入石 神能飛形 入水不溺 入火不焚 
신능입석 신능비형 입수불닉 입화불분 
신神은 능히 바위에도 들어갈 수 있고 능히 형체를 날릴 수도 있으며
물에 들어가도 빠지지 않고 불에 들어가도 타지 않는 것이다. 
神依形生 精依氣盈 不雕不殘 松栢靑靑 
신의형생 정의기영 부조부잔 송백청청 
신神은 형체[形]에 의지하여 살고 정精은 기氣에 의지하여 가득 차게 되는 것이니 
정신精神이 몸에서 충일하면, 쇠잔하지도 시들지도 않으므로 송백처럼 푸르리라.
三品一理 妙不可聽 其聚卽有 其散卽零
삼품일리 묘불가청 기취즉유 기산즉영
삼품, 즉 精氣神이 한 가지 이치인데 그 묘함을 범인이 가히 들을 수 없는 것이지만,
그것이 모이면 유형의 신身이 되고 그것이 흩어지면 즉 무형의 령靈이 되느니라.
七竅相通 竅竅光明 聖日聖月 照耀金庭 
칠규상통 규규광명 성일성월 조요금정 
인체의 일곱구멍(귀,눈,코,입)이 서로 상통하고 구멍마다 밝게 빛나니, 
그것은 성스러운 해와 성스러운 달이 금정을 비추어 빛남과 같도다. 
一得永得 自然身輕 太和充溢 骨散寒瓊 
일득영득 자연신경 태화충일 골산한경 
그 일자[근본]를 한번 얻으면 그것은 영원하리니 자연히 몸은 가벼워지고 
태화[元氣]가 넘쳐흐르면 뼈는 흩어져 차가운 옥[寒玉]으로 엉기니라.
得丹卽靈 不得卽傾 丹在身中 非白非靑
득단즉령 부득즉경 단재신중 비백비청
음양의 정수인 단(丹)을 얻으면 신령하고 얻지 못하면 명(命)이 기우나니,
단(丹)은 내단으로 몸 가운데 있어 외물이 아니니 희지도 푸르지도 않으니라.  
誦之萬遍 妙理自明
송지만편 묘리자명
심인경을 여러 번 거듭 읽고 수련하면 신묘한 이치가 저절로 밝아지리라.


[Heart-Seal Scripture of the Exalted Jade Sovereign]

The supreme medicine has three qualities shin[consciousness/ spirit], qi[energy], and jung[essence].
They are very ecstatic, far, and profound.

When preserving the intangible spirit, and guarding tangible jung, you will accomplish it in an instant. 
Circulate the qi through the wind (breathing) and unite them all then, one hundred days of spiritual practice will be divine.

Silently worship the Supreme Sovereign Sangjenim, then one year is enough to ascend.
A wise will find it easy to understand, but an ignorant will find it hard to carry it out.

Breathe the light of heaven for cultivating pure qi.
The qi entering in and out of the lower danjeon should be minimal, as if present or absent. 

When practicing it continuously and uninterruptedly, the stem will be solid and the root will be deep.
Each person has one's own jung[essence], and the jung[essence] unifies with shin[consciousness/ spirit].

The shin[consciousness/spirit] unifies with the qi[energy], and the bright qi[energy] unifies with the nature of the body.
If you do not obtain the true thing [nature], everything is just an empty name.

The shin[consciousness/spirit] can enter a stone and even physically fly. 
Although entering water, it does not drown, and entering fire, it does not burn. 

The shin lives depending on the form, and the jung is filled based on the qi[energy].
If the jung and shin are abundant in the body, the person will never wither and be as green as a pine tree.

Three qualities are one principle, but the wonder cannot be heard.
As they gather, it becomes a tangible body, and as they disperse, it becomes an intangible spirit.

Seven orifices are interconnected and widely open and shine radiantly. 
It is like the sacred sun and the sacred moon shining on the golden court.

Once attaining the one [unity of threeness], it will last forever, and the body will naturally become lighter.
When the original qi overflows, the bones transform into cold jade.

To obtain the elixir, one will be divine, but not to obtain it, life will decline.
The elixir is at the center of the body and is not an external object, so it is neither white nor blue.

Recite and practice the ten thousand times then the mysterious principle will become clear on its own.
