人心合天機-사람의 마음이 천기와 하나가 되는 것

《환단론》에, 
"도(道)는 마음(心)을 용(用)으로 삼는다. 
마음(心)을 잘 쓸(用) 줄 아는 사람은 
도로 마음을 보니 마음(心)이 곧 도(道)이고, 
마음으로 도를 관통하니 도(道)가 곧 마음(心)이다. 
이 마음은 인심(人心)이 아니라 천심(天心)이니, 
하늘의 북극에 자리잡고서 조화의 중심이 되는 것이 바로 이 마음(心)이다. 
그러므로 북두칠성이 돌아가면 계절이 바뀌고 오행이 지나가며 
더위와 추위가 오가고 음양이 자리잡게 되는 것이다"라 하였다.

〈탁약가〉에, 
"하늘의 해는 땅 아래로 굴러가고 바다 속 고운 달은 하늘 위로 날아간다. 
건곤과 일월은 본래 움직이는 것이 아니고 모두 북두칠성이 돌아가기 때문에 움직이는 것처럼 보이는 것이다. 
인심(人心)이 천심(天心)과 하나가 된다면 그 순간에 세상이 뒤바뀌게 된다"고 하였다.

《선경》의 주(註)에, 
"선기(璇璣)는 북두칠성이다. 
하늘에서는 북두칠성이 중심이 되고 사람에서는 마음이 중심이 된다. 
마음이 몸 속에서 움직이는 것은 북두칠성이 하늘에서 움직이는 것과 같다"고 하였다.
또, "천기(天機)는 한밤중 자시(子時)에 양이 처음 움직이는 때를 가리킨다. 
천기가 되려고 할 때 사람이 자신의 중심[心]을 움직여 하늘에 응하면, 
하늘과 사람이 하나되어 일어나 안과 밖이 서로 맞물리며 단(丹)이 만들어진다"고 하였다.

상양자가, 
"사람은 참되고 한결같은 기(氣)를 가지고 있는데 단전속으로 끌어내리면 일양(一陽)이 다시 돌아온다. 
양(陽)이 처음으로 돌아오는 조짐은 몸에 따뜻한 기운이 도는 것으로 알 수 있다"고 하였다.

[人心合天機 인심합천기]

還丹論曰, 道以心爲用, 能知運用者, 以道觀心, 心卽道也. 
환단론왈, 도이심위용, 능지운용자, 이도관심, 심즉도야
以心貫道, 道卽心也. 是心也, 非人心之心, 乃天心之心也. 
이심실도, 도즉심야. 시심야, 비인심지심, 내천심지심야
天之居於北極, 爲造化之樞機者, 此心也. 
천지거어북극, 위조화지추기자, 차심야
故斗杓一運, 則四時應節, 五行順序, 寒暑中度, 陰陽得宜矣.
고북추일운, 즉사시응절, 오행순서, 한서중도, 음양득선어

槖籥歌曰, 天上日頭地下轉, 海底嬋娟天上飛, 
탄약가왈, 천상일두지하전, 해저선연천상비,
乾坤日月本不運, 皆因斗柄轉其機, 人心若與天心合, 顚倒陰陽只片時.
건곤일월본불운, 개인두병전기기, 인심약여천심합, 전도음양지편시

仙經註曰, 璇璣斗也. 
선경주왈, 선기두야
天以斗爲機, 人以心爲機, 心運於身中, 猶斗運於天中也.
천이두위기, 이이심위기, 심운어신중, 유듀운어천지야

又曰, 天機, 謂半夜子陽初動之時也. 
우왈, 천기, 위반야자양초동지시야
天機將至, 人能動吾之機以應之, 則天人合發, 內外相符, 結而爲丹矣.
천기장지, 인능동오지기이응지, 즉천인합발, 내외상부, 결이위단의

上陽子曰, 人有眞一之氣, 降于丹田中, 則一陽又復矣. 
상양자왈, 인유진일지기, 강우단전중, 즉일양우복의
人欲知始陽初迴之候, 當以煖氣爲之信也.
인욕지시양초회지후, 당이난기위지신야

[The Human Mind Becomes One with the Heavenly Movements]

It is said in the Doctrine of the Returning Elixir(還丹論): 
"Mind is the function of the Dao. 
A person who is able to use the mind in good ways sees the mind with the Dao, 
so the mind is the Dao itself; 
the Dao is penetrated with the mind so the Dao is the mind itself. 
This mind is not a mind of a human, but the mind of Heaven. 
It is this mind that is settled at the northern point of the sky 
and is the focal point of harmonization. 
Therefore, when the Big Dipper turns, seasons change, the five phases pass, 
heat and cold come and go, and yin-yang is settled." 

It is said in Songs of the Horn and Flute(槖籥歌): 
"The sun in the sky rolls into the earth; the moon on the sea flies through the sky. 
Geon and the Gon and the sun and moon are not moving by themselves; 
they seem to move because the Big Dipper is turning. 
The world changes when the mind of humans and the mind of Heaven unite." 

It is said in the annotation of the Classic of the Immortals (仙經): 
"Seongi (璇璣, beautiful jade bead) is the Big Dipper. 
It is the center of the sky, and it's the equivalent to the heart of a human. 
The action of the heart in a body is like the action of the Big Dipper in the sky." 
It is also said, "Heaven refers to the time when yang first moves at the time of Ja(11:00 pm ~ 1:00 am) at night. When a person moves himself to correspond to Heaven at the time when the qi of the universe moves, Heaven and a human unite; inside and outside interlock; and eventually, Elixir forms. 

Shang Yangzi said: "A human has the true and unchanging qi inside his body; the first yang returns when this qi is brought down to the Danjeon(Elixir field). Indication of the yang returning to the body is the warmth felt in the body."
